01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jayta9 platform, accessible at jayta9.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same service. References to "jayta9", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the jayta9 platform. References to "you", "your", or "the user" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the jayta9 platform in any capacity, whether as a registered account holder or as an anonymous visitor.

jayta9 provides an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and related gaming services. The platform is operated for users located in Bangladesh and is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All transactions, balances, and monetary references on the platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to online entertainment services in the relevant jurisdiction. jayta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly.

Definitions

• "Account" — a registered user profile held on the jayta9 platform, associated with a unique email address and BDT wallet.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" — the BDT funds held in a user's account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any qualifying bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by jayta9 subject to separate wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Platform" — the jayta9 website, mobile web interface, and any associated software through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Game" — any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, crash game, or other wagering product available on the platform.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, used for all time-related references on the platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the jayta9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jayta9 is an adult entertainment platform and access by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling or casino services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including jayta9 itself, at the time of registration or deposit.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jayta9 or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.

jayta9 also reserves the right to decline registration or to close an existing account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility criterion is not being met, even in the absence of conclusive documentary evidence. In such cases, jayta9 will communicate the reason for the decision to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All users are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You will be required to submit valid documentary proof of identity and, where relevant, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of jayta9 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jayta9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to. This email will be used for account verification, security notifications, and support communications.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your name. This number will be linked to two-factor authentication where applicable.
• You must create a strong password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jayta9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• All personal details submitted at registration must match the details on your official identity documents. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that an unauthorised third party has accessed your account, you must notify jayta9 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jayta9 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of their login credentials.

jayta9 reserves the right to lock an account and request additional verification at any time where we detect unusual login patterns, irregular betting activity, or any other behaviour that suggests the account may have been compromised or is being operated by an unauthorised party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jayta9 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified within the platform's cashier section, which may be updated from time to time.

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your jayta9 wallet in real time in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

jayta9 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider (e.g., mobile operator transaction fees) are the responsibility of the depositing user and are not refunded by jayta9.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. jayta9 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within a few hours during business hours. In all cases, processing times are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and completion of our internal fraud review process.

• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed the required KYC verification steps.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section.
• jayta9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, changes to registered payment details, or unusual account activity.
• Withdrawals may be declined and funds returned to the user's wallet balance where the withdrawal request fails our fraud or compliance checks. In such cases, users will be notified via email and may contact support for further information.

Refunds and Chargebacks

All deposits to jayta9 are made voluntarily by the account holder. Once a deposit has been accepted and credited to a user's wallet, it cannot be reversed or refunded except in the following circumstances: (a) a technical error resulted in the incorrect crediting of funds; (b) the account is determined to be ineligible and is closed under these Terms, in which case the net deposited balance (after deduction of winnings and bonus funds) may be returned at jayta9's sole discretion. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider while funds remain in your jayta9 wallet constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jayta9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant periods in Bangladesh.

All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, each user is entitled to claim a specific bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, certain table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not met before the stated expiry, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
• jayta9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited and in active use by a qualifying user.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, coordinated wagering with other users to manufacture low-risk outcomes, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

06 User Obligations

By registering and using the jayta9 platform, you accept the following obligations and confirm that you will comply with them at all times during which your account remains active:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and will promptly update your account details if any of your registered information changes.
• You will not attempt to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any software not provided or expressly authorised by jayta9.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other users, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• You will not use the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any element of the jayta9 platform, including its software, game content, odds calculations, or user interface designs.
• You will not use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language in any communication with jayta9 support staff or other platform users.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the platform. jayta9 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager.

Breach of any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account at jayta9's sole discretion, without obligation to return any funds where the breach involved fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

jayta9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The information provided at registration is found to be materially false, incomplete, or misleading.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a valid order from a competent authority.
• The account holder has requested voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• jayta9 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the safety of other users, or the commercial interests of jayta9.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active fraud or compliance investigation is pending on the account.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by jayta9 — all bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds (where the wagering requirement has not been completed) will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that remain as withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder except in cases where the closure is due to fraud, breach of these Terms, or underage access, in which case jayta9 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation and any applicable legal process.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayta9's total liability to any user in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposited funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.

jayta9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside jayta9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to secure their login credentials, resulting in unauthorised account access by a third party.
• Decisions made by a user while using the platform, including wagers placed, games chosen, and strategies employed — all of which are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any partner bank.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The jayta9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely at all times, jayta9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection meet the technical requirements for safe access to the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jayta9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, data compilations, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of jayta9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jayta9 platform, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jayta9 is committed to resolving user disputes fairly and promptly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
